"John and team were the only company that would complete the job in the off season for me. The attention to detail is top shelf and they completed the job to all of my preferences. As the job was being done John would suggest different options leaving no stone unturned. I highly recomend this team for what ever project you desire. Prior to John doing the build for me I witnessed him do a complete interior reno of a house that was braught from looking like an average home to one of the nicest homes on the street."

"John and his team renovated our 30y/o Pole barn for us, converting a dark, dismal, poorly insulated space into a bright, inviting and warm workspace and warehouse. John's attention to detail was amazing. He understood exactly what we were trying to achieve and bought ideas and experience to the table to make it happen. We replaced the roof, installed a ceiling, added steel walls, foam and blown insulation, gas, lighting, new doors and locks. John successfully project managed everything for us, and was sure to keep us informed of everything all along the way. The work was efficient, cleanup was perfect. Polite, friendly, hard working and a true craftsman - we HIGHLY recommend John and Grand Royal Construction!! We will definitely use them again."

"I contacted John to cut and install an egress window in a basement room I’m renovating as well as closing up a small side window on another wall of my foundation. From start to finish he communicated each step of the process with me and the expected timeline. With all the dirty work done John went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned up, Including a deep clean of my entire basement from the excess dust of cutting the concrete. And then also going out of his way to clean up a pile of brush and walnuts that was at the back of my property. 10/10 would recommend Grand Royal Constructions services to anyone in the Aylmer an surrounding area. Thanks again John!"
